èappSystem Seal and Signature Line
The University of èapp Board of Curators adopted the seal on March 31, 1903. This distinctive and historic official seal is the only symbol of the University of èapp System. The seal embraces all elements of the University and is broadly recognized, displayed, reproduced and respected by the University’s constituencies. Email identity@missouri.edu to request a copy of the seal or the associated èappSystem signature line.
Templates
Click on a template below to download it. You will be prompted for your normal University ID and password. The templates are either in Microsoft Word or Microsoft PowerPoint format. It is recommended that you use these templates when preparing materials for official èappSystem functions, such as Board meetings, and for èappSystem communications. If you wish to deviate from the templates, follow all guidelines explained in the style guide. Talk with the Office of Strategic Communications and Marketing if you need assistance.
Note: There are "template families." For example, Agenda 1 complements Brochure 1, and so on. You may wish to develop documents within the same family, or mix and match.

Business Cards
Business cards are an important part of our visual identity and indicate your official affiliation with the University of èapp System. We offer both single-sided and double-sided formats. A double-sided card is ideal for staff who serve dual roles.
The information on the back of a double-sided card must be approved by identity@missouri.edu.
Content Guidelines
Minimum content requirements include your name, title, address (unit name and street address), a phone number and university email address. Required content is marked with an “*”.
External website URLs, non-èappaddresses or emails are not allowed. Additional logos, including social media, are not allowed.
Name*
Include first and last name.
Degree Abbreviations
Abbreviations should follow the èappSystem Style Guide, page 7.
Title*
Your title should indicate your relationship to the èappSystem. If you have dual roles that cannot be accounted for in the space allowed, you will need a two-sided card. Titles may be altered for clarity or to remove repeated words.
Address block*
The address should begin with the name of your unit. A division name may be included when applicable. The second line must include the street address.
